Do you wanna try to cook fish with a delicious recipe to eat healthy. Spicy salmon is one of healthy recipe for this week.
Ingredients :
- 500 grams of Salmon fillet, given the lime juice and salt. Marinate.
- A half-ripe mangoes, finely chopped
Spices are blended:
- 4 cloves garlic
- 8 spring onions
Spices slices:
- 1 bunch scallions sliced lengthwise
- 1 bunch basil leaves
- 1 medium piece ginger, julienned
- 1 piece galangal, julienned
- 2 pieces lengthwise sliced cayenne
- 2 pieces lemongrass taken inside
- 2 bay leaves
Other materials :
- Oil for sauteing
- Salt to taste
Directions :
1. Heat oil and fry spices till fragrant. Add bay leaves and lemon grass, ginger, galangal and chili, scallions.
2. Enter the salmon pieces, stirring until the color changes. Then add the mango and marinate in a moment. Remove and set aside.
3. Take a banana leaf that has been cleaned. Fill with salmon mixture, give basil leaves on top. Wrap and pin with a stick.
4. Steam for 25 minutes. Set aside.
5. Prepare the grill until hot, grilled fish that have been steamed in banana leaves turn slightly brown. Ready to serve
