We need various nutrients to keep health. But before that, we need to know what nutrients are contain in the vegetables so that we can choose the right one as a healthy food.
There are some vegetables that is recommended to eat in order to maintain health
:
1. Tomatoes
Tomatoes contain lycopene which functions as anti-cancer gene. Tomatoes also ranked top in a variety of vegetables that can help as the protector of acute appendicitis. In addition, tomatoes contain phytoestrogens (isoflavonoid) and boron. Tomatoes also contain citric acid to help remove toxins from the uric acid blood circulation system .
2. Broccoli
Broccoli is known as vegetables that have high calcium content. In addition, broccoli also has the ability as an anticancer food bowel. Another component of broccoli called indole will increase the secretion of estrogen to help maintain bone mass. Other Ingredients broccoli is vitamin C, carotene and vitamin E (as an antioxidant to help reduce the effects of free radicals)
3. Spinach

4. Carrots

Healthy food can be consumed on a daily menu. Healthy eating with consume fruits and vegetables will help our immune system balanced.
In addition, fruits and vegetables that contain calcium also help to preventing bone in osteoporosis.
For pregnant women, consumption vegetables that also contain lots of fiber and minerals, vitamins will help pregnant women with symptoms of morning sickness dehydration. So if a pregnant woman can consume even small portions but often of vegetables, it will help fetus in her womb become health.
