Sauteed Snapper

This is one of healthy recipe. This recipe is easy to cook. people say that sauteed snapper is also a healthy food because its main ingredients derived from seafood

1. 150 grams of meat snapper fillet. Marinate with lime juice, set aside and fry.
2. 100 grams silken tofu. Diced 2 cm x 2 cm. Fry briefly.
3. 75 grams of young pumpkin, slices.
4. 1 tsp fish sauce.
5. 1 teaspoon soy sauce.
6. 1 tsp oyster sauce
7. 2 tablespoons sesame oil for sauteing.
8. 25 ml broth.
9. 75 grams of pineapple, diced 2cm x 2 cm.

1. 2 cloves garlic, minced
2. 1/2 small onion
3. 2 cm ginger crushed
4. 2 pieces green chili peppers and 2 red chilli, sliced oblique
5. 2 tsp salt
6. ½ tsp pepper
Directions :
1. Saute garlic, onions, ginger with sesame oil until fragrant. Add the chilli, stir-fry until wilted.
2. Enter the snapper fillet, cook for a while and enter the silken tofu.
3. Add pumpkin, cook until fragrant. Then pour the broth, soy sauce, fish sauce and oyster sauce.
4. Enter the pineapple, stirring until the spices seep.
5. Add salt and pepper. Stir well and taste improve and serve immediately.
