Multivitamin, need or do not?

Multivitamin is a preparation to increase the human need for vitamins, minerals and other nutritional elements. Vitamins will improve endurance of various foreign substances that can cause illness. When the body of vitamin deficiency, it may cause interference metabolism. Conversely, hipervitaminosis can cause side effects on organ function.
Vitamin consists of water-soluble portion or fat soluble. Water-soluble vitamin that is any form of vitamin B and C. Fat-soluble vitamins are vitamins A, D, E, K.
There are minerals organic compounds as part of enzymes which regulate body metabolism, as well as required in the maintenance and tissue growth. Macro minerals are: K, Na, Ca, Mg. required in relatively large amount for the body to be healthy. While the micro as: Cu, Co, Fe, Zn less needed by the body.

But when our bodies are eating healthy foods every day, then the additional multivitamin is not always necessary. This is because the body's need for a variety of vitamins and minerals can be supply from healthy foods available at the food menu.
How do eat healthy so that we can not always depend on a multivitamin supplement, but can still maintain good health during bad weather? Try to consume this food :
1. Water-soluble vitamins
- Vitamin B1, B6, B12 and B2 are on cereal products, beans and milk. Useful to enhance the metabolism of carbohydrates become energy.
- Vitamin B 11, or folic acid on the liver, green vegetables, citrus sngat helps red blood cell regeneration and growth.
- Vitamin C, there are lots of healthy foods fruits. This vitamin is not produced by the body, so that should be consumed from the outside. Function helps absorption of iron and antioxidants. And form collagen.
2. Fat-soluble vitamins

3. Macro and micro minerals
